Intellectual Property is regarded as a highly integrated subject and at least includes three tracks, i.e. technology, management, and law. On one hand, Intellectual Property deals with first, the law issues, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, semi-conductor layout, Fair Trade.On other hand, Intellectual Property is involved with the research commercialization (technology transfer) issues, such as E-Commerce, Bio-Tech, OPTO-Electronics,Tele-communication, information, Electronics, aeronautics, medicine. In addition, it may also concern with IP issues, such as IP'smarketing, Valuation, operation, business policies, licensing negotiation, and entrepreneurial investments. In fact, Intellectual Property has been highly aware of in the world. For example, counterfeit, piracy, Special 301, WTO, cross-strait IP protection all affect the rights of domestic and international high-tech enterprises and the negotiations concerning international IP protec tion. All in all, the mentioned above issues are the dominant topic of ours researches.

Intellectual property is a professional field integrating business management, law regulation, and technology innovation with one another.
